How long should I wait for my orders?

We normally process and dispatch orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times can vary. So expect 2-3 working days but allow for extra time during busy periods.

I need assistance with my orders, what can I do?

If you need any assistance with your orders, please get in touch on our contact page and a member of the team will be in touch ASAP. We will not be able to make changes to any orders once that have been shipped. 

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Currently, we only deliver within the UK but keep your eyes peeled as we intend to reach other locations shortly!

I think I filled in my address incorrectly

Please ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

My item arrived damaged

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
